Healthcare
Healthcare software, built by people who understand healthcare.
Xapprika is led by a pharmacy graduate turned software engineer. For six years we have built medical platforms — patient tools, clinic systems, and pharma-adjacent programs — for teams that cannot afford vague specs or loose handling of health data.
Why healthcare
Clinical workflows are unforgiving: a confusing screen at the desk slows everyone behind it. Patient data demands tight access rules and audit-friendly behavior. Pharma-facing work adds review steps and stakeholder alignment — we have operated in that environment, not only in theory.
Our founder holds a pharmacy degree from Cairo University Faculty of Pharmacy. That background shows up in how we read medical briefs, question edge cases in prescriptions and dosing flows, and push back when a feature would not survive contact with real practice.
We are not a compliance consultancy — we are engineers. We work with your clinical, legal, and security partners so the product ships with fewer surprises at go-live.
What we build
EMR / Clinical Management Systems
Scheduling, documentation support, staff workflows, and operational reporting — wired to how your clinic actually runs.
Patient-Facing Mobile Apps
Bookings, records access, reminders, and secure messaging with permissions that match real patient–provider relationships.
Telemedicine & Virtual Care
Video visits, intake, and visit summaries with attention to consent, device constraints, and clinical handoff.
Pharma & Clinical Trial Tools
Programs that involve pharma partners and foundations need reviewable flows and careful data handling — we have shipped in that context.
Medical Dashboards & Analytics
Operational and clinical views that load fast, export cleanly, and stay understandable under pressure.
Health Data Integration & APIs
Narrow, documented interfaces between systems — fewer surprises when another vendor or hospital IT team plugs in.

Partnerships
We work with pharmaceutical companies, medical agencies, foundations, and provider groups. OncoGuide is one example where foundation and pharma collaboration shaped the product. If you need references under NDA, we will route that after an introductory call.
