Xapprika started six years ago as a freelance practice and grew into a small studio that ships full products — not slide decks. Today we work with teams in the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Gulf states, and Egypt, often on long-lived codebases where quality compounds.

Mina holds a pharmacy degree from Cairo University Faculty of Pharmacy and leads Xapprika as a practicing software engineer. That combination is why healthcare is not an add-on vertical for us — it is the lens we use when reading clinical requirements and when deciding whether a feature is safe to automate.
Markets — We serve product companies, clinics, agencies, and enterprise groups across USA, Canada, France, Germany, the Gulf, and Egypt. Time zones are a constraint we plan for up front so reviews and releases stay predictable.
How we work — We keep the core team small and hire specialists when a project needs them. Engineering is AI-augmented where it speeds delivery without hiding risk: generated code still goes through the same review and test bar as handwritten code.
