Challenge

The client needed a single system that patients could use to book and manage visits while staff could run day-to-day clinic operations without juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

What we built

We shipped a web platform with role-based access: patient self-service for appointments and documents, and an internal console for queues, staff actions, and reporting.
